Daddy's Day

Daddy's Day

Father's Day falls on Sunday 19th June - It's going to be a big day for him and we're thinking let's get Dad cooking.  He doesn't need a recipe book he has plenty of those... What he needs is a Rocknife - for doing all those boy things, like chopping, slicing and dicing.

Fire in the Kitchen(Talking of recipe books we have Madeleine's 'Fire in the Kitchen' which seems to be selling well on Amazon - Take a look - but it is also aimed at teenages - hardly suitable for Fathers day.)

What we think here at Rocknife HQ is that every Dad needs a Kitchen Knife all of his own.  But it has to be a special one... a BIG one... and espcially more than anything else a cool one.  And that's where we come in.

We have them in stock - 8 inch monster knives that are ideal for a large steak fresh off the BBQ or 6 inch for chopping regular stuff like Roast Chicken, Baked Potatoes and Pizza - Yes Pizza with fresh Mozzaella, our mothers are watering just at the thought.

Then there's the design... black and white check - it's cool, it's trendy and it's unique... it's what Dads up and down the country will like best - because you can talk about it... The cool Green, Blue or firery Red, trendy Black.  They shine and they make a mark.  Try next time you're having guests 'round get them out - someone will say something guaranteed.

Dads are fickle things, i am one myself, we have our things, but in a house, we don't have many thinks that are actually ours and ours alone... that's not a whinge that's just the way we like it.  So having a Rocknife, that's boxed, sheathed and very well looked after is a bit like having that special tool box or shed in the garden, it's made for him - Rocknives are actually made for Dads.

Take a look at the website - there are plenty of offers on sale, and plenty more that are not.  Take your pick and made be avoid the Pink ones - unless of course Dad is into that sort of thing, I am.

Lest we forget June also sees Wimbledon Tennis coming back to our screens, can not wait until Monday 27th June 2022, bring out the strawberries and cream, and endless refills of Pimms! A 3” or 4” Rocknife is ideal for cutting and slicing your summer Strawberries!

Hopefully the sunshine will also come out to play and stay around for a while too.
